- Family rates apply for 2 adults and 2 children.
- Concession rates are available with a recognised Seniors, Student, Pension, or Carer Card (must be presented upon entry). Health Care Cards are not accepted as concession.
- Infants aged 0-2 years enter free of charge.
- The credit card used for payment may be required on arrival. If unable to present the correct card, a refund can be issued and new tickets must be purchased on site.
- Accessible facilities include lifts, escalators, accessible toilets, even ground surfaces, and free wheelchair hire.
- One Companion Card holder enters free with each person with a disability (Companion Card must be shown on arrival).
