Upon arrival at the Moore Reef Pontoon, there is a wide range of inclusive activities and exclusive access to Sunlover's custom-designed outer reef pontoon. Visitors of all ages and skill levels can explore and delight in the wonders of this extraordinary natural wonder. Moore Reef offers crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral gardens, abundant marine life, and friendly resident turtles and Maori wrasse, creating the ultimate destination to experience the magnificence of the outer reef.
There is a range of ways to enjoy the reef, whether snorkelling in the natural lagoon or staying dry in the semi-submersible and glass-bottom boat tours. Explore the fascinating underwater world at the underwater observatory. Younger guests can enjoy fun-filled moments in our enclosed ocean pool or experience the thrill of swirling down Sunlover's 30-metre spiral waterslide into the tropical ocean. A trained lookout is always on watch from an elevated lifeguard station, and there's easy entry to the water from two snorkel platforms, both of which are accessible by stairs.
The tour concludes with an incredible scenic flight back to Cairns, returning at approximately 12:30.

What to bring:
Simply pack a bag as if you were going to the beach for the day. Swimming costume, Beach towel, Sunscreen (SPF 30+), Sun protective clothing such as T-shirt or rash vest, hat and sunglasses. Cash or credit card for on-board purchases, snacks and optional activities. (we accept AUD$, VISA, MasterCard & Amex)and a camera. Please bring the credit card used & Photo ID of cardholder for verification at check-in.
Conditions:
Child rates apply for 2-15 years. Infants 0-1 years travel free of charge. Must occupy seat from 2 years. No refund if semi-sub or glass boat cancelled due to weather or other issues. Hand luggage is included in the overall weight for helicopter therefore is requested to be kept to a minimum. Boarding shall be denied without presentation of Sunlover Cruises issued pass. Passengers failing to check-in by 07:30 may miss final boarding. Helicopter Tours:
The flight for this tour is operated by Zoom Helicopters, subject to their terms & conditions (which may differ to Sunlover Cruises). The maximum single seat weight limit/payload for Zoom Helicopters' fleet of aircraft is 130kgs. Due to aviation regulations the infant age for Helicopter flights differs to travel aboard Sunlover Cruises vessel only. Infants 0-2 years can fly FOC on the lap of the parent or guardian. (Limited to 1 infant per flight / must be advised at the time of booking). Helicopter per seat charges apply to all passengers 2 years and older. Passenger's individual weight MUST be advised at time of booking. If a weight variance of more than 10% is determined upon check-in, Zoom reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee.
